The ships in the James River Reserve Fleet maintained by the Maritime Administration. Our thanks to Mr. Michael Bagley, Superintendent of the JRRF and Mr. Andres Hark, MarAd, Washington for arranging our tours in 1998 and 2000. It was a memorable and moving experience.
